the breakfast was free and tasty, the check in was friendly. we stayed in a fairly quiet and luxurious room with large comfortable bed, and thoroughly enjoyed it. this hotel was set in a central area near to the shanghay center and china over 30 times.

We appreciated the large comfortable bed in our rooms. the shower, hairdryers, and bathrobes provided were very handy. the hotel's location is great, right by the business district, the business area, and Century Avenue, which has access to many tube stations.

Can't wait to come back, didn't want to leave! 🤩

Great experience, the hotel is excellent with favourable location close to metro station. The breakfast is tasty and great, includes a wide array of meals.

The hotel had polite and welcoming staff from the cleaning lady to the receptionists. It was in a great and unbeatable location, close to a metro station. Found a place called Benjia Korean Restaurant, just a short walk from the hotel, and enjoyed eating there a few times.

The hotel is located in a somewhat pleasant area that is convenient for visiting the Shanghai Exhibition Center, albeit not close to any MRT station. Taxis or a short walk are necessary to reach the closest metro stop. The rooms are spacious and come with necessary facilities, and the gym and pool are well-designed and functional. Breakfast options are good, and the staff is competent.

The check-out process could be slow, which can be frustrating if you're in a hurry to leave.

For a stay at the Pudong-side it's a good choice. Price/Quality is ok. Staff and service is perfect

It is hard to find I recommend a illuminated sign to the facade on the Dongfang Road-side.

The Holiday Inn Pudong in Shanghai exceeded my expectations in every way. The room size was ideal, the free wifi was a great convenience for my business trip, and the hotel's location in the center of the business area was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the variety of facilities, such as the gymnasium and bar, made my stay enjoyable. The breakfast menu offered a wide variety of options, and the hotel was clean and quiet.

Everything was spot on.

The hotel itself is comfortable and placed in a good area.

The problem was. that the real price for hotel was different to the price on a website. I had to pay 1.5 times more money for hotel cause there was no mention about taxes and some other service needed. So next time i want to see the price on the site the same as i will pay in the hotel. Or i will chose another service/hotel.

The bellboy is very much kindly and helpful. He brought the good impression to stay at this hotel.

During my recent business trip, I had a great stay at a 4-star hotel. The quality-price ratio was really good, with clean rooms and excellent service. I particularly appreciated the fact that the hotel offered complimentary items such as hair combs, cottons, and dental kits. The location was also fantastic, with many food facilities nearby including a KFC. it was a great option for young professionals like myself who wanted to enjoy a luxurious atmosphere at a reasonable price.

There were a few aspects that fell short of my expectations. the breakfast was quite expensive, which I didn't expect to pay extra for.

Great location near metro, good breakfast selection with friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms with comfortable bed.

Room air conditioning was loud and difficult to control, some fixtures in the room needed maintenance, and some staff at the front desk were not very helpful.

if you travel for business, this is the perfect hotel. Very large room, well decorated, delicious breakfast. hi-speed Wi-Fi. I arrived at 10.30 and they upgrade me the room so I can have immediately access to my room to work and send mail. I have late check out at 14.00. I parked the car for more than 1 day at the cost of 40 RMB. nearby you have Costa Coffee and some delicious local restaurant. Metro line is 10 minutes walking. the Spa with Sauna, Steam bath and internal pool is the Top. Super Hotel with very gentle staff that speak English too.
